I build Quality & Demand Gates for AI
Where ever in production AI is involved, this must be valid: What does not pass does not ship.
Quality Gates hold back AI productions that miss the standards you defined. Demand Gates filter marketing channels that do not bring enough demand. Both are enforced by scripts, before a product reaches the customer or it gets expensive.
ContactWhy I can build this
I have 15 years of experience in performance marketing for strategy games. Monthly budgets up to seven figures, aligned to cohort-based KPIs and forecast CLV. Multi-channel marketing mix and demanding creative formats. Product positioning under extremely competitive market conditions. BI tools and dashboards specified and developed in-house. Strategic coordination and cooperation with C-level executives and product teams.
In December 2015 I was substantially responsible for the marketing architecture whose growth story made the Nasdaq Stockholm listing (IPO) of Stillfront Group possible, after its acquisition of Bytro Labs. Since going independent in 2025 I have worked with clients, among them companies in education and medtech, on the strategy and execution of marketing channels as well as on quality standards and compliance. In particular I develop scripted methods that force AI workflows and AI output to meet every defined requirement, every time.
On every project I think in systems, checks and outcomes. I build deliberately and effectively with AI and agentic processes, mainly with Claude Code. What matters most to me is staying the boss and never letting the AI decide anything important. I use AI every day to build a sound basis for decisions, research verifiable sources and create optimal conditions for implementation. The tools I need I build myself. I set the architecture and the quality standards, the AI writes the code.

ContactProducts built with AI die twice
Nobody catches in time if something is flawed
Your model returns a result. It looks plausible. It ships. Then someone asks the question you cannot answer: How do you know that is correct?
Hallucination is the smaller problem. Omission is the bigger one. A system that was right yesterday and misses something today does not raise its hand. It just keeps delivering. The solution is a mandatory Quality Gate tailored to product and audience, which will be integrated in your in-house workflow with deterministic quality passes.
Quality GatesNobody sees the product, even though it is superb
You built something good and really convincing. Organic does nothing, so you buy reach, maybe already across several channels at once. And with no organic base, every contact costs full price. The budget is gone before the customers arrive.
The reverse fails too. Pure organic build up takes months you do not necessarily have. The solution is a mandatory Demand Gate tailored to product and audience, which will be integrated in your in-house workflow with KPI-based rulesets.
